A powerful, yet light style of massage, intended for specific conditions that impact the lymphatic system. Excellent for the treatment of edema (swelling) after procedures such as mastectomy, hysterectomy, lyposuction and cosmetic surgery, or reconstruction. Also effective in treating chronic bronchitis and sinusitis, allergies and exposure to various toxic substances and for general detoxification.

Multi-Disciplinary Therapeutic Massage

Twenty years experience and training in several modalities gives us a unique, personalized approach to massage therapy. We came up with the name Multi-Disciplinary Therapeutic Massage to describe this approach.Using this approach, we create a massage session that promotes healing, relieves pain, restores functionality and provides relaxation. Multi-Disciplinary Therapeutic Massage is the technique we use to treat everybody: athletes, people in pain with neck, shoulder, back, hip and knee and overuse issues and people who want to relax and escape for an hour or two.

Reflexology

Deep, relaxing foot massage. The reflex points that are stimulated in the feet are said to affect the entire body. This is a great way for people who are to tender or react too strongly to regular massage techniques to get relief. We have used Reflexology successfully with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and fibromyalgia sufferers, people undergoing chemotherapy for their nausea and people with sinus headaches. It's a great technique!

Chair Massage (On-Site Massage)

This is the type of massage that is being done in airports, offices and special events. The receiver remains clothed and sits in a specially designed chair. Sessions last from five to 15 minutes.
